How AnyDayRun Works
Eight steps from registering to holding a finisher card, building monthly streaks, and conquering the season challenge.
1. Register
Pick a distance category — 5K, 10K, Half, Full, or Walk — for the current month's event and a tier, directly on the site. No third-party ticketing.
2. Connect Strava
Authorise AnyDayRun to read your activities. That's the only permission it asks for — it never posts to your Strava account.
3. Complete your profile
Add your city, blood group, emergency contact and a tagline. These complete your BIB card and, for the Print variant, matter for your safety on race day.
4. Run during the event window
Any day, any route, any time within the month's start and end dates. Treadmill runs count too — just log them as "Virtual Run" in Strava.
5. Auto-validation
Every synced activity is checked automatically against the anti-cheat gates — distance, pace ceiling, cadence floor, and idle/pause cap. No manual proof to submit.
6. Results, Leaderboards & Finisher Cards
Your best qualifying run is age-graded and placed on the live leaderboard. You can celebrate instantly with automatically generated portrait and landscape social share cards, download high-definition finisher certificates, and climb the public Streak Champions leaderboard.
7. Download your BIB card
Right after registering, or any time from your profile: a Print BIB (with your safety info, for pinning to your shirt) and a Social BIB (event-branded, safe to post on WhatsApp or Instagram).
8. Build Streaks & Conquer the Season
Keep your monthly streak burning bright to permanently unlock Regular (3m), Steady (6m), and AnyDayRunner (12m) badges. Compete in all 12 calendar months to claim the coveted Grand Slam 12/12 Season Honor on your public trophy case!
More detail on verification, scoring, and BIB numbers is in the FAQ. Curious about your potential score? Try our Age-Graded Calculator. Refund, transfer and data policies are on the Terms page.
